What is DHA exam?
DHA is the abbreviated form of the Dubai Health Authority. Those who wish to practice as medical professional should get the DHA license by passing the DHA exam. It is a computerized exam combining multiple choice questions without negative marks.

What is the eligibility for the DHA exam?
If you are entitled as a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, dentist, dental lab technician or any other medical professional with a minimum clinical experience of 2 years can attend the exam.
How many attempts are allowed for the DHA exam?
The candidates are allowed of 3 attempts to clear the exam.
What is the age limit for the exam?
There is no age bar for appearing the DHA exam.
Is dataflow required for DHA?
Yes. Dataflow is required. Document verification is a mandatory procedure in the whole process.
Is TOEFL/IELTS necessary for DHA?
No. IELTS/ TOEFL or any other English proficiency test is not required to own a DHA license.
How to apply for the DHA exam from Nepal?
The Prometric Testing Company is authorized to conduct the exam. So, one can submit the application and schedule the exam through the official portal of Prometric.
Does the DHA license need to renew?
The DHA license is valid for only one year. After that, the license needs to be renewed and it should be done at least 3 months before the expiry date.
