Physicians, including Doctors, Dentists, Specialists, and more, typically require a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of work experience, while those with a Master’s Degree need a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Allied Professionals like Nurses, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians, Radiologists, Physiotherapists, Optometrists, and more should have a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

If candidates are willing to undergo the licensing procedure, we offer guidance for preliminary document verification. Our experts meticulously review and verify each document, ensuring that there are no errors or discrepancies before submission to the Gulf authorities for dataflow verification.
Dataflow Process
After successful document verification, candidates progress to the dataflow verification process. Dataflow involves the thorough examination of applicants’ documents by a specific authority. This step is essential to ensure that all documents, including Passport, Degree Certificate, Professional certificates, are valid. A Registration Certificate from India is mandatory. The dataflow report is typically generated within 60 working days, as per the requirements of HAAD, MOH, Qatar, Oman, Dubai, and Saudi.
Examination and Licensing
The licensing examination, conducted by UAE authorities, is designed to assess a candidate’s eligibility for clinical practice in their chosen countries. The examination consists of multiple-choice questions and does not have a specific syllabus. Candidates must achieve a minimum pass percentage of 60% to be eligible for a license, and they have up to three attempts to pass the exam.
We provide extensive support for examination preparation, including reference books and mock questions from highly skilled professionals. Our online/offline training programs cater to Nurses, Lab Technicians, and Physiotherapists, ensuring comprehensive coverage in a short timeframe. We also facilitate exam booking, allowing candidates to select a schedule that suits their convenience.
Examination Locations and Results
Examinations are conducted in various locations, depending on the country and examination type chosen by the candidate. Examination centers are situated in metro cities in Nepal and the UAE. Results are typically declared within 4 to 5 working days. A successful assessment results in the approval of a license, granting candidates the opportunity to work in the UAE.
